DESIGN AND EVERYDAY HOTEL LIFE

Spaces that connect guests and facilitate operations.

Five perspectives for a harmonious appearance, pleasant stays and reliable processes.

01

Arrival & Orientation

The lobby makes the character of the hotel tangible from the first moment. A clearly positioned reception, understandable routes and pleasant waiting areas help guests arrive. Free movement areas also make the team’s work easier.

02

Stay & flexible use

Lounges combine encounters, relaxation and short work periods. Comfortable seating areas, easily accessible sockets and flexible furnishings enable different uses. We coordinate the lighting and acoustics for conversations and a relaxed stay.

03

Gastronomy & good processes

In the restaurant and breakfast area, the atmosphere and organization must fit together. Table spacing, walkways and comfortable chairs support guests and service. Robust, easy-care surfaces and a pleasant background noise prove their worth during high usage.

04

An overall picture that remains

Materials, colors and light connect public areas and guest rooms into a recognizable whole. In addition to the effect, suitability for everyday use is also important: furniture must be resilient, easy to clean and sensible to maintain. This means that the style of the house can be experienced in the long term.

05

Avoid typical weak points

Echoing rooms, unclear paths and representative but impractical furniture make operations difficult. We therefore check acoustics, cleaning access and usage processes early on. Larger measures can be planned in coordinated stages so that restrictions for guests and staff remain as minimal as possible.
